WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

We had a clogged kitchen sink that backed up into both sinks, and called several plumbers only to be told they couldn't come for over a week due to a shortage of workers during COVID. One company confirmed an appointment only to cancel on the day of our appointment! My husband tried his hand at clearing the clog, but inadvertently broke a plastic coupling, causing a flood under the sink, and still couldn't clear the clog. That meant we couldn't use the water OR the sink because of the big leak. Going over a week without use of the water in the kitchen is a real bummer ... can't wash your hands, make coffee, prepare meals, clean up, or wash dishes! The bathroom sink and bathtub are as poor alternative. We called Anacapa Plumbing right away. They were plenty busy too, but thankfully worked us in. Torin came at the end of the business day. He ran 1.5 hrs late, which is why I didn't give 5 stars. I can't say enough good about Torin! He was so cheerful, personable, and energetic, which is incredible because he had already worked a full day. He took a look at the problem, had all the tools and parts in his truck, and set right to work. He was knowledgeable, skillful, fast, and efficient. He had to snake 30 feet out to clear the clog, replaced the broken portion of pipe, and had the mess cleaned up in less than one hour. Bravo Torin! We are so grateful to Torin and Anacapa Plumbing!
